Returns
Unopened and undamaged rolls of wallpaper can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date (excluding SALE items).

Please confirm that your return is within 30 days of your order date and that items were not bought on sale.
We will confirm the return address when we receive your email.
Unannounced returns are not accepted.
We do not accept returns for Fleur Harris or Mrs Mighetto wallpapers as they are printed to size for the individual customer.
Returned rolls should be shipped to Summer Gray at the buyers expense and once received a refund will be transfered back to the buyer with their original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund.
Cancelling Orders
Orders can be cancelled if the order has not been processed and shipped.
This can be done by contacting us by email info@summergray.nl. If the order has already been processed and shipped then the customer must return unopened rolls at their own expense back to Summer Gray. Once received a refund will be given within 14 working days of the item being received.
We cannot accept opened rolls of wallpaper or samples as returns. You must ensure that the size and colour of a product is correct before purchasing as an item cannot be returned for being the wrong size or colour. If you are unsure about a wallpaper please order a sample.
Other returns
Returns for any other reason i.e. products are faulty, we will require a sample of the product sent to us. It is not necessary to return all the faulty product. Please do note that you should check all wallpaper products for faults before hanging. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made. However we do not accept liability for wallpapers once they are glued to the wall.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on wallpaper samples or opened rolls.
These provisions do not affect your statutory rights, see below. No returns can be accepted or will be credited without prior agreement, therefore email us within seven days, please state your order number, date of receipt, the reason for returning the Product, and we will get back to you with the next steps to process the return.
If you would like to cancel an order, prior to dispatch, please email us at info@summergray.nl, If the item has not yet been shipped, Summer Gray will give the customer a full refund of their money within 14 days of the notification.
